Where it all started
We're not setting out to build a software company. We were just trying to answer a simple question: How are our brands showing up in AI?
What we found was a black box, no data, no visibility, no way to know if we were being misrepresented or left out entirely, and how to get better.
That gap became the spark. We started building tools to monitor how AI assistants mention brands, which competitors get elevated, and where the narrative goes wrong. One insight led to another, and pretty soon we realized this was the start of something bigger.
Brand Echo was born from that pursuit. Not to chase hype, but to bring clarity and control to a new kind of visibility.
